1. Who we are and what we do

This registration service is operated by Event Support Team Ltd (“EST”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales 09025788, registered office Fulford House, Newbold Terrace, Leamington Spa, England, CV32 4EA. We administer vehicle registration and arrival management for event parking on behalf of event organisers and venue operators (the “Organiser”). We do not own, occupy or control the car parks listed on this service, and we act solely as the Organiser’s parking administrator.

2. What your registration means

• Registering a vehicle gives that vehicle pre-authorised access to the named car park on the named date, subject to these terms and to space being available on arrival. It is not a guaranteed or reserved individual space unless the Organiser states otherwise.
• Registration is free of charge or by voucher code. Codes are issued for named events and groups, are not for resale, and may not be transferred unless the Organiser permits it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including the vehicle registration number. Access is checked against the registration plate, and an incorrectly entered plate may result in delay or refusal at the gate.
• We and the Organiser may cancel or refuse a registration where a code has been misused, shared beyond its intended group, or obtained dishonestly.

3. Using the car park

• The car park is operated under the Organiser’s site rules. You must follow all directions given by marshals, stewards and event staff, observe posted speed limits and signage, and park only where directed.
• Opening and closing times are shown on your confirmation. Vehicles may not be able to enter before opening or exit after closing, and any vehicle left outside these times is left entirely at the owner’s risk.
• Access may be refused or a vehicle required to move where reasonably necessary for safety, emergency access, site conditions or event operations.
• Surfaces may be unmade or grass. You accept the conditions of the site as found.

4. Liability

• Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. Neither EST nor the Organiser accepts liability for loss of, damage to, or theft of or from any vehicle, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• EST acts as administrator only. The Organiser is responsible for the provision, condition, staffing and management of the car park, and for the event itself, including any change of date, location or cancellation.
• We are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic conditions, or closure of the site by the Organiser, the landowner or the authorities.

5. Your information

We process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at register.estuk.co.uk/privacy, including the use of your vehicle registration for ANPR-assisted arrival checks at the car park.

6. General

• We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time you register applies to that registration.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
